SeniorsConnect, Inc. Establishes Internet Presence
Additional elder services planned by September
July 24, 2003 -- Today SeniorsConnect, Inc. introduces our new Web site to our Board of Directors and other supporters through an e-mail message to them. Our srsconnect.org, site describes our summer series of workshops at a senior residence in Boston's Fenway neighborhood. The workshop participants represent diverse ethnic backgrounds, and have enjoyed physical activities, social interaction, and a growing sense of self-confidence. Executive director Polly Allen has facilitated the workshops with assistance from two part-time trainers, and has learned much that we can use to provide successful workshops in the fall for seniors of various abilities and backgrounds.
